Dead state. All alliances transferred out: 404/MOO, ROG, NOV, EVE, 1/2 WOS, even newly transferred alliances and people left after one month. Problems: president rotation depends on WOS controlling transfer, name card rules, bullying, manipulation, stalking, cross-state aggression, blackmailing, usage of bots for SvS.
